Testimonials for the Brain Audit and PsychoBrandingFaith is an island in the setting sun. Here's the proof for the Brain Audit. Not one. Not two. Not one hundred. Eight hundred or more. I stopped counting somewhere in between. If you want irrefutable proof that the Brain Audit and PsychoBranding works, here you go. And yes, there are Buy Buttons all along the way. Once you've read enough, that's the most logical thing to do. Why? Because you've got nothing to lose. You're not only covered by the testimonials of all of these people here, but you also get a money back guarantee. Judge for yourself. Don't let me sway you :) ------------ The Brain Audit is truly fantastic - it has changed my whole life and that's not an understatement! I am an entrepreneur, positive about life and pessimistic about salesmen, but despite my doubts I attended one of Sean's seminars last year. I understand there are a lot of marketing gurus out there, regurgitating the same ideas. Whether Sean's material is new or not I don't profess to know and I certainly don't care: what I know is that it is easily understood, it is real, and it works. In the year that has passed I have applied the knowledge I gained to pretty much everything I have done and it has been the single biggest influence in my business decision making. How we can teach kids algebra and not customer-centric marketing (and relationships and financial skills) is idiotic. The value of a customer to a business cannot be overvalued, and nor can the content of Sean's books and seminars. What does your customers think? What would make them buy? While Cialdini has given the 6 principles of persuasion, there was no method of forming killer communications (speeches, sales copies, fliers, tv ads...) that converted people into clients. No one, in my knowledge, has writen about how to effectively use persuasion tactics in your communication messages. Until now. In BrainAudit - Sean teaches the 7 steps of how to form killer communication pieces that makes people buy from you. BrainAudit is a simple psychological system that everyone can use in their communications to increase their profits. Just reading the parting tip has made me realise that I need to reforce. Thank you Sean changed my whole outlook when I first met him. I was shouting about my solutions but no one was hearing. They were all busy with their own problems. After meeting him, I learnt to talk about the prospects' problems. And now they are all ears. I am sure Sean is changing lives of many people - people who were not getting heard are now welcomed. He is growing fast and I wish him all the success so that he can help so many more people move faster. Psychotactics...a company that goes where your customer is thinking. A company truly worth all the 'positive' superlatives. If your company needs a complete makeover these are the people that will deliver way beyond your expectations. The Brain Audit is a new concept which seems more practical than theoretical and has a direct impact on Sales Sean is an original! He correctly puts the onus where it belongs: on us! He challenges us to think. Differently. At the root. About 4 months ago I bought the Brain Audit. That was my defining moment. My business communications and whole business has been turned on its head. Things are happening for me now because of Sean D'Souza's help. If I could attribute my successes this year to one thing, I would have to say it was PsychoTactics. This company is truly FAST because the model is so unique... give away information, help others and yet make money! Wow. I love this idea. So unique too. So often I read material that is just repeated over and over again by different authors. Sean's angle is very unique. Finally a really fresh perspective. I'm going to try using his ideas on my new web site. Fast Company is great magazine precisely because they bring us "different and unique" ideas. I've been to Sean's site and read his articles. They're informative and, even better, they give concrete advice on how to apply the information. After reading "The Brain Audit", I was able to easily restructure a lot of my marketing material so that it answered my prospective clients' needs and fears. What a system! It works. Need I say more? Where is the proof? This sounds like an amazing load of hype without much accountability. Dave from Oregon wants proof... My direct marketing campaigns are doing 2 and 3 times better than they were before I started using Brain Audit principles. My banner ads see twice as much click through and outstanding conversion. In an economy that absolutely sucks I've landed 3 of 3 proposals for new client work because I'm better at crafting the message. In one of the other comments above Roger from Ca said "easier said than done". He's right - the hard part is the doing. But the Brain Audit helps you learn how. You want more proof? I'll send you before and afters of my projects so you can judge for yourself. I just completed a live Brain Audit sesssion with Sean of www.psychotactics.com for our new company. Within one hour we now have a sense of clarity in communicating why we are so truly unique. This is the most difficult part of marketing that the Brain Audit truly helped to simplify. In addition, we now have the tools to create a plan of action to meet our goals of becoming a world-wide leader in our field. Our return on the hourly investment paid off before the consultation was even over. I agree that good is the enemy of GREAT!! Be good, then! Go ahead...go to Sean's website. You'll be hooked after only a few (free) articles. Why? Because the simple, yet powerful, psychological tools that he espouses will work on you too! If everything was important, then nothing would be important. I have found that Brain Audit helped me to identify what was most important in my focus for bringing unprecedented value to my clients. This way of thinking works becuase is simply true. Sean, you have nailed the issue. Being good is not nearly good enough. If you are reading this and you want to be great, give your brain an audit. After working with Sean to change our companies communications, we have had a marked increase in sales conversions. His techniques are excellent and above all very simple. They are easy to implement, all it takes is chaning your way of thinking a little, and presto... customers react the way you want them to!
Who needs better marketing? Why would someone choose a method of deeply rooted psychological principles that speaks directly to the mind of potential prospects? The answers are "everyone" and "because they work!" This is one of the best marketing programs in the world today. Get the Brain Audit, implement it, make more money Brain Audit is truly an exciting concept. It ensures that you think differently were by the outcome is positive. It a great insight which facilitates me to look at an activity with a different frame of find . This is a paradigm change in the way we do our activity for a specific outcome. A very refreshing approach to marketing and business. Sean has a knack for conveying very powerful ideas in very simply terms in his inimitable style. I have read a few articles on www.psychotactics.com and all have this clarity of purpose in them. Great work! Sean has indeed changed my thinking ever since I met him a couple of years ago.'Good is the enemy of Great' has stayed in my mind ever since. Thank you Sean for sharing and unleshing a wonderful marketing tool! I am focused and ready for positive business. Psychotactics will help you unlock your own mind (free it from marketing hype that's no good) and effectively work your way inside your customer's mind - just where you want to be! It's a 21st century common sense but it ain't common and sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense. It just works! An amazing amount of hype without much accountability. An amazing statement when you consider who has posted these comments. Every one of the people commenting is a customer. Psychotactics Ltd is based in New Zealand, I am based in Finland, One customer is based in Isreal, about 9 from the USA, 4 from India, 4 or 5 from Canada, 4 from New Zealand and probably more by the time I've finished writing. How accountable do you need it to be when customers from all over the world come and post and then even come back to defend their comments? I dunno about you but I think that's pretty accountable. Sean's creation, the Brain Audit, provides a totally different perspective on how marketing works. Marketing is not a battle of products. It's a battle of perceptions. This is the definition of "The Law of Perception", which is an immutable law of marketing, that can be found in the book, "The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing", by Al Ries & Jack Trout. So how does the Brain Audit and PsychoTactics relate to this law? When the definition ends they begin. I have been involved in sales and marketing for over 30 years. What Sean states about how we are taught to sell the benefit to the client, is an understatement. I have started several businesses and know firsthand all about selling to the customer. The biggest problem with selling the benefit to clients, it doesn't work in recessions. I should know I've experienced several and watched my businesses struggle when clients would not buy. After reading Sean's material and having a long talk with him via phone, I changed a number of processes within the companies and my sales started to climb. If you need proof, I invite you to buy the Brain Audit and put it to the test. We sent a numberof our staff on this course and their comments have ranged from "most comprehensive" to "there's a lot more to selling than meets the eye". Psychtactics breaks up the selling process into manageable pieces. Pieces that are easily assimilated and very practical. These are now being used to develop products within the company and to position and sell them. Clear concise and logical Psychotactics are the way of the future.
Fantastic, an inspiration which motivates me to just get on and do it! We've been marketing on the web since 1996 and read virtually every major course published on this (and related) topics. By far, Psychotactics has been one of the most helpful ones. Its strongest point is that it tackles any marketing problem with a simple and straightforward approach by breaking it down into 'easy-to-swallow' chunks. It's hard not to get hooked by such a simple, refreshing yet effective approach. The day after I read the Brain Audit, even my barber was dying to know what the seventh red bag was. Do you ? Don't try Sean's Brain Audit if you & are only looking for profits. He offers very much more than that. Profits will come naturally after the joy of reading, learning and using his brilliant system. Even if you are an experinced professional in the marketing field, you will find practical, effective, and powerful new ideas in the Brain Audit. Sean D'Souza's approach can be applied to almost all your marketing activities: brochures, business cards, presentations, website. A must read. Very highly recommended. Get it before your competitor does. I re-read Psychotactics ebooks weekly. Simple principles but man do I feel smart telling clients about identifying the problem, which they always forget. The Psychobranding system is a great way to get to the nuts and bolts of the soul of the brand. Sean gets to the heart of the issue and provides practical wisdom that makes a difference. Refreshing and clear method for EXPLODING your marketing, great stuff! I am so glad I found Mr. Dsouza! I gave this article a 7 rating, but I will tell you that Sean's ideas are worth a 10. I think he didn't really show how brilliant his work is in this article. Reading his e-books on psychotactics floored me. Always wanting to be the first to come up with new thinking, I was amazed at these simple overlooked ideas that he provides on getting the customer's attention. I was disappointed in myself for not figuring out the psychotactics before he did. It is almost how I felt when someone else discovered the rubics cube before I did. How simple yet it made millions. In this case Sean is cutting other's in to share in the profits, if you are smart enough to read his materials. P.S. Start with the freebies on his internet page. You'll be glad you did.
I found Sean's website by accident. It has not been the same again. His knack of going to the core in a very simple way is amazing. Amazing, razorsharp approach that works The best thing about www.psychotactics.com and Brain Audit is simplicity and clarity. Two qualities that are extremely hard to find in our information-overload world. I like the many examples used in Brain Audit which were not just practical but able to tatoo into my mind, strange hah... Other than teaching us how Brain Audit help improve our business but Sean also exhibit the many tactics he taught in his write up. There is nothing that I can say about Psychotactics, The Brain Audit, and Sean D'Souza which hasn't been said before. His genuiine desire to help others is shown in everything he writes. You won't be sorry about being involved with him. What can I say... well if you haven't checked out psychotactics.com you wont understand what everyone is talking about. Simply outstanding! Sean D'Souza delivers what he promises and more. Customer service second to none. You'll never regret becoming a member. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! I've worked in advertising and marketing for close to 20 years and am always amazed by how few people working in our industry can think and write well. The beauty of the Brain Audit is its simplicity. You read it and go "...damn! Why didn't I think of that?" That's a feeling that too few of us get to experience. A great article and a great site. The primary purpose of promotion is to generate sales. Without sales you have no business. Every company knows that - yet millions of dollars are literally thrown away every day on promotions that simply suck! Conventional wisdom is responsible for this unnecessary and sometimes disastrous financial waste. Brain Audit challenges you to think outside of the box. It zeroes in on what stops people from buying and offers solutions on how to reverse this fact. The moment I realized the psychological power of Brain Audit'?s principles, my promotional strategy did a 180-degree turn. If there was ever an "unfair advantage" in promotions, then this is it! Sean is a very perceptive communicator who manages to dissect complex thought into easily understandable byte-size chunks of insight. A rare quality these days. Sean's Brain Audit cuts through the fog of "good marketing ideas" with a laser, searing into your brain the essence of good -- no, GREAT -- marketing communication. This is marketing that is truly "persuasive," *meeting* the individual where [his brain] is, and *moving* him toward your solution! Great principles of influence. Produces a great result. Sean is a lateral thinker and gives amazing insight into futuristic marketing. If we always do what we have always done then the result will be the same. The Brain Audit book forced me to use my creativity and with the result I market with a unique message and a new understanding of my customer. Susie Pitt Lifedesign For Women A Beautiful Stink, Like Hemingway and Sean D'Souza The only reason I don't give this article the utmost rating is because Sean is holding back. The Brain Audit is a masterpiece, along with its companion works, The Brain Train, Psychobranding, the Branding Companion, the Brain Audit Rip Audio. But in this article Sean is giving only hints at what You Can Know And Need To Know. Other comments above have touched it, but not specifically called it by name: the "Ah-Hah" moment. You know when you read Hemingway, like maybe when the hero is telling about how he can never really enjoy fried bananas because he can never wait until they cool enough to eat them, and they burn his tongue? If you've ever cooked and eaten fried bananas, you know immediately that that guy has done it too, and knows what the hell he is talking about. It is true, it hits your guts with something your experience tells you can be nothing less than the Truth. Sean is not telling the whole story here. I have marketed on and off line for going on a quarter-century and I thought I had read, used and bought about every idea that had ever been thought about selling and knowing your customers. But it's like this: Imagine it. You are driving hard down the FastTrack Highway, in the Speed Lane, fiddling with the radio for the latest news or the best music, and mumbling under your breath at the damn fool cutting in recklessly around you, and you are already doing the speed limit plus twenty... And the Blue Lights Come On Behind You!! You pull over while the others get away, speeding by, and the officer comes up to your window, License, Registration, and Proof Of Insurance, please... "So you think you're going fast enough back there?" he says. And you're irritated, you want to say "@&*!!# I was going with the traffic and no faster than they were!! Why the hell are you stopping ME!!" But you don't. You give over your credentials, and then he says, " Well, looks like everything's in order, but you get to be the one tonight." And then... Then, it all blends into a fire of satisfaction, and then the destination you were driving toward spins to the center of where you are NOW, and the officer's last words echo in your mind: "You get to be the one..." If you don't know what I'm driving at, if you don't know what the simple concepts everyone is talking about above can mean to you and your business, if you haven't been to Psychotactics.com, ever-- Go there. Now. And I challenge You: If you don't get more customers, satisfy more current customers, retain more business, after reading all the free information and purchasing what you will of the Brain Audit, The Brain Train, Psychobranding, the Branding Companion, the Brain Audit Rip Audio. Then maybe you're in the wrong business. Period. Sincerely, BarryG The Brain Audit really works. But even better is the total package of ideas available from Sean D'Souza via the PsychoTactics web site. Do yourself a favour and take the time to check it out. It will be the most worthwhile thing you do this year. Sean has an amazing ability to cut through a lot of business fluff and show what really should be done. He does it in a way that makes 400% sense. well done Sean has the ability to show us what are mirrors and smoke and what is real. His message is like a lancet in a skilled surgeons hand. No mess no nasty scars just straight o the bone well done Clear and to the point, Sean helped ... and continues to help me target. Target my efforts with for best use of my time and resources for more rewards. He helps me do better business. I'd rather not recommend Sean's site to my competitors ... but, oh well, let's be generous ... I'm already ahead of them! The Brain Audit method gets frighteningly good results. For instance the approach to creating compelling presentations really works, when I applied it to my own presentations the audience response improved leading to more inquiries. Also I am always amazed at Sean's personal touch, responsiveness and dedication. Simply brilliant. Like a doctor giving an examination, Sean is able to cut through the marketing clutter and put his finger on the sore spot, the area that needs to be fixed. His insights are both helpful and surprising. I bought the brain Audit and I also regularly check cavechat at Sean's web site. I have yet to come away from a contact with Sean where I failed to get a gem of wisdom. Everything suddenly makes sense! Sean D'Souza's marketing strategies cut through the rhetoric and help you succeed. Sean's unique perspective really gets me into a prospect's head, helping me understand what's really goin on inside, and close the sale. Not only does Sean deliver a good read, but a good think as well. Sean is a creative original thinker. His Psycho Tactics approach is right on the money for the very confusing and overcommunicated world we live in today. We have used many of Sean's ideas with great success. As a small example we used his five question approach when requesting a reference letter from a satisfied client. We received one of the very best letters we have ever received as a result -- from the Executive Director and Vice President of a very prestigious professional organization. In a nutshell, Sean and his advice are great! Great content with new perspective... Sean's program is excellent. And, he practices what he preaches. Go ahead and see for yourself. Go to his website, read a few of his free articles, and observe how you are led into purchasing Sean's products. I don't know what his conversion ratios are, but I'll bet they are very high. The techniques Sean uses are just that persuasive. And, yes, I think highly enough of Sean's products that I recommend his site on my website ... solely because I believe his site and his products are VERY helpful. Are your sales as high as you'd like? Sean's products will help you sell. Love it! Fresh, new, different, and eye-opening! Peeking into people's brains is fun (also in Norway...) AND helps me do a better job for my clients! Psycotactics is a powerful approach to marketing that appeals to the very basic instincts that cause people to buy. This system should be taught to every salesperson as marketing and sales 101. Why is common sense so uncommon? Sean does a great job of showing most of us marketing "professionals" why much of what we are doing is wrong, and how a simple change in perspective can make a HUGE impact on the effectiveness of our communications. Sean's book has made a great impact on our creative process, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to sell ideas. Perfect 10 is my verdict. The best way to demonstrate how I improved my Webpage is to invite you to see... At this moment you will see Webpage before Sean's products were implemented. In next few days, you will see the New and improved Website after the makeover. The improvements are still ongoing. Thank you Sean. Refreshing to hear such simple ideas being used in a way to make businesses money and keep the economy rolling. PHSYCOTATICS in a very short space of time has provided me a total new way of looking at marketing. I still have a long way to go but I am looking forward to the continual journey. One day at a time I am trying to change the way I do many things. So much can be gained by investing so little! Sean's Brain Audit is fantastic. Anyone who sells anything should get a copy. NOW. Sean has cut through the rubbish that abounds in self help marketing programmes. The Brain Audit is succinct and leaves plenty of room for individualism while systemising (is that a word?!) the process. Sean has brought a fresh look at my marketing and advertising program. I have done many courses over the last 20years none of them have been as stimulating workable as his without having to spend mega bucks in the doing. Commonsense, brilliant marketing made simple and understandable. My company marketing has been probably 50% more effective since communicating with Sean. I've made the Brain Audit the foundation of all my marcom plans. It's simple and effective. The Brain Audit and the rest of the series are rare birds in the marketing industry, since they actually deliver measurable results. I've enjoyed the material, and my modest investment has paid off handsomely, as well. Excellent, easily understood principles that work!! The principles explained in Sean's Psychobranding papers are compelling and should be considered by any marketer that needs to produce results - i.e. all! His approach is refreshing and fun, with serious side effects - superior to the article itself.... I stumbled on Sean's site, and spent a couple of hours reading the material that is freely given. His free information was of higher quality than what is sold by many people, so I bought the Brain Audit figuring that I had already received my money's worth from the free stuff. I read it in one sitting, and it is one of the few E-books that I have printed out in full. I had quite a few "AHA!!" moments as Sean explained a lot of things in crystal clarity. I agree with the comments expressed above, but to me the real benefit of buying the book was the ability to join a private forum, the quality of which far exceeds anything else that I have found on the internet. Sean has proven many times that he is totally dedicated to his clients, and I have no hesitation in recommending his book. Sean gives you the strategies and the right tools to read your 'customer'. Really great and (to me) exclusive material. Sean's work is great the Brain Audit process helps you understand how to communicate effectivly with your prospects in a way that makes perfect sense. Psycotactics and Sean's Brain Audit are two of my most favorite resources, Sean really knows his stuff. Check out 5000 B.C. too, it's a completely invaluable resource! Was very pleased to see Psychotactics and Sean in the run for Fast 50. He has a wonderful way of taking basic common sense and putting it into a form that people will listen too -- pulling smart marketers back into the real world of what can we do for our client, consumer, etc. versus how "cool" can we be. Simply the best! Best content. Best presentation. Best results. Wonder why? Give it a try... The Brain Audit is lightening fast!. It will make you think long and hard about your business. What do you do? For whom? How do you want to be known? You'll have a much more focused business when you're done. Love the Brain Audit! The most useful material is that which is kept simple. He gives you the strategies and the right tools to read your 'customer'. Really good and useful material that you can add into your skill set The key to selling and persuasion is "connecting" with your target. It's very difficult to connect by pitching benefits first - Its easy to connect by identifying problems. The Brain Audit has become our template for all Marketing Communications and Sales Presentations. Sean has seen the problem and presented a solution. The KISS principle is alive and kicking, in Sean's hands. For me I love the truths and honesty Sean brings back into the world of business.. Good does work... I have read over 200 sales and marketing books, purchased courses from all the gurus, and sold millions of dollars in products. I wish I had read the Brain Audit before all of that! It would have made my life a lot easier and made me a lot more money. If you want to get to the heart-mind of your prospects, run or click quickly, to get your copy of the Brain Audit. I only hope you aren't a competitor of mine. Sean's marketing concepts are so simple that it makes you wonder why this is new, but it is. You can tell that Sean has done his homework on how the brain works. There is a difference between fluff, looking good and being extremely effective. The Brain Audit itself is simply brilliant, engaging and effective. Yeah, all that. Simply put, its perfect for those looking to increase results. I found this to be an extremely interesting perspective. It takes a little bit to reprogram your thinking, which is a bit like thinking outside the box. I love the approach. The brain audit theory/process is a great way to rethink your approach to marketing. A 'must read' for serious marketers. I ordered the Brain Audit almost a month ago, and I still haven't received it. I'm wondering if I will ever get it... A clear approach clearly explained. The call to action is compelling and so are some powerful ideas which enable you to respond in an effective manner. What more could you want? You'll have read all, or at least some of the ratings by now. I did and that's why I'm writing one. You see it suddenly ocurred to me that I'd read one of his books called The Brain Audit but not really got it. So now I have to go back and read it again. And I'm looking forward to it. Sean is a wonderful author. With true to life examples of what you should know in marketing. For the first time in 10 yrs. I am making money in network marketing. Partly because of Sean, and the other part, my business. I don't know what else he can say, what I have seen so far seems unbeatable! What is good? What is great? Relative terms and thus open to opinion. Sean's Brain Audit ideas are effective. That's what matters. I'm a doctor level licensed psychologist and I've learned from this guy. He's a "Good" observer of human behavior Clear, simple tactics you can actually USE Sean D'Souza provides innovative methods and ideas regarding customers and marketing. I await all of his articles and newsletters with enthusiasm. PsychoTactics has given me motivation and insight! I am a big fan of keeping things simple. Sean is a master at taking complex subjects and making them easy to understand with a clear and consise approach. For those of us who have always wondered why.... we now have answers. Thanks Sean! It's great and so obvious I wonder why people didn't think it before ;-) It's a scary thing to commit yourself to a year's TV advertising in a crowded market (dialup internet access) when you have never done so before, and so many mistakes have been made by others. It could be a very expensive mistake; one my company couldn't afford. However, using the principles learned from Psychobranding and the Brain Audit we crafted and produced a TV advert that got the phones ringing, and they still ring! We are *extremely* grateful to Sean. Thank You! Amazing, exciting but yet so simple. I have recently read the Brain Audit and it is fantastic. I have immediately implemented key recommendations and have won consulting and management contracts that were otherwise unlikely. It is very powerful and delivers results. Sean makes sense, period. There's no doubt Sean D'Souza has stripped away the complications, identified the mind's hot buttons and produced an amazingly succint marketing formula. I find the Brain Audit always challenges me to new ways of thinking. Sometimes I want to dismisss them, but they stick around my mind and will not leave. Sean's work has made it possible for small businesses to get the information they need to get customers or clients. I recommend his site to anyone building a business! Customers are fickle these days and very demanding as they become more and more sophisticated. The only way to really get things kickin is to understand their 'psyche'; thier hot buttons; what makes them tick. And Sean is the telepathist. Is this ebook the magic pill to make your products sell faster? Maybe! But, read page number 15 and you'll easily understand why your benefit driven marketing approach is killing your marketing message on your customers head! You get 91 pages jam packed with solid content and you'll find one simple way to draw more attention from your prospects and customers... without actually spending more money on traffic! I am still testing your concept Sean, but it looks the results are really improving... especially in my advertising ads ;-) Thanks, Frederico Vila Verde P.S. Just a quick tip... make your upsell to the 5000 product on a separate email 4 days after people order your brain audit ebook. To make the upsell right on the first email, does not give time to people to know you first before they take on the second offer... And it looks a bit "pushy" I think Just my honest feedback ;-) Sean D'Souza's Brain Audit is fast-forward to basics. The Brain Audit arms entrepreneurs with the insight to see through many harmful superstitions predominating the marketing world today. Very helpful, to the point delivered, up-to date information. Supurb!marketing and teaching. My marketing results had gone worse. I did not know why, until Brain Audit showed it is the solution approach I had introduced. Thanks to Sean! It worked for us I am an accountant - Sean did an accounting degree. He, and his Brain Audit, have provided me with a simple route of discovery into the world of selling. I like the way he clearly communicates the discoveries he has made on his route from accounting to Physcotactics. I have gone through Brain Audit myself. And its really too good to say the least. According to me Brain Audit is the simplest and fastest way for any one (even non-marketing or non-technical types) to unravel the mystery behind positioning your company and converying your value proposition well. It just makes value evident in your value proposition. Sean's insight has proven to be valuable in "jump starting" our customer driven marketing efforts. We went from staring at a blank page to making it happen. A completely new way of creating messages that resonate with consumers. Bravo The Brain Audit and PsychoTactics gets a 10 in my book. No two ways about it! With so much theoretical stuff out there today on marketing, it was more than refreshing to find someone who dealt with it from a real communication standpoint... The Brain Audit is simple clear, concise and you don't need to be a marketing professional to understand it. Best of all - it works!! When I cook a really tasty meal or dessert my two boys try to pursued each other not to eat it so there will be more for the one to eat. Purely, a selfish act but a true compliment. Well, that's how I feel, now! I hate to recommend Sean's Brain Audit because I do not want to share it. I don't want the secret to get out and I don't people to know that Sean's simple, common sense strategies to marketing make sense and his straight forward way of writing makes Brain Audit an enjoyable read. I wish more marketing people would think of marketing in the way Psychotactics does. Gee, what a novel concept: Let's try to make money with our marketing instead of just being creative. The Brain Audit is the "missing link" in the game called "marketing". Sean has done a superb job in capturing the essence of smart marketing and the Brain Audit is a must-read (and must-implement) for all serious marketers. The Brain Audit is just so simple... at last something that's turned the whole marketing game on it's head!! I don't always read, but this one doesn't get unsubscribed, which is saying more than you might think! Big, interesting, innovative ideas here. Sean D'Souza has very innovative ideas. They are practical and easy to understand. Simple and just such common sense! Sean has been incredibly helpful to me, the insights are powerful and cut to the core of my marketing problems. Great content and presentation. Very refreshing look at marketing hype, with ideas we can all use. Sean provides the perfect antidote to those fed up with wanking marketers and their smokescreens. The advice he delivers is rational, logical, and so crazy that it might just work. I LOVE THE WAY PSYCHOTACTICS TEACHES HOW TO THINK OUTSIDE THE SQUARE - PSYCOTACTICS SHOWS HOW TO GET INSIDE YOUR CUSTOMERS BRAIN I've always found the articles to be useful, inciteful, and a foundation for which your own thinking can build upon. Certainly a must-have resource for people who are serious about high quality marketing techniques in dynamic industry. Well, everyone seems to like him. Having been pan-handled to vote I guess not giving a couple of points would be mean - in the lack of generosity sense. I disagree with Sean's philosophical position 'Don't let good get in the way of great', prefering the originaal McKinsey maxim: 'Don't let great get in the way of good' (as a reforming perfectionist it makes more sense to me). It all seems a bit hysterical to me (in the pschotic tactics sense - rather than the very funny sense) - I'm inclined to add my own maxim "Stay calm and the world surrenders" Nothing personal. Great site that offers great thinking. I can't think of a reason why someone would try to run a business without visiting this site frequently. From Britian I have found the advice and information culturally invaluable from the newsletter alone. Brain Audit is a must read and should be applied in schools. Success in any field, business or otherwise, is really a matter of motivation, inspiration and perspective. Sean D'Souza at psychotactics.com offers a frequently refreshing and inspiring way of 'looking outside the bubble'. He invites us to see things as they could be as opposed to the often preconceived and intransigent notion that has too many people accepting them as they are. Sean is an insightful marketer and a skillful salesperson. Pchyso Tatcics tgauht me to look otusdie the suqare adn wirte in tihs suptid fshaion Psychotactics is there for people who are smart enough to use it. It is simple and effective. I closed my business once I'd attended a Psychotactics seminar! I was struggling with 2 different business models with my energies split poorly between them. During a Psychotactics seminar I had the "Ah Ha" moment & by applying the principles espoused I suddenly understood what I was selling & the model that added the most value both professionally and personally. I now have a much better focus which is far more satisfying and rewarding. Always refreshing and thought provoking. Sean hits the nail on the head and it's not always with a hammer. Hey I tripped on Sean's site a while ago. I've been writing newsletter materiel for some time and the answer is: IT IS THE CUSTOMER ... duh! I've already picked up some elements of interest and I'm only starting to scan the PsychoTactics' site; I've written quick observations and received Sean's reply, normally within the hour! Beat that! Faster!! Sean DSouza thinks outside the square, and has a great communication skill so others can share his brilliance. Sean is a refreshing breath of fresh air in what has otherwise become a landscape of boring lifeless ezines. Pychotactics makes you think...and that's a good thing. The site offers marketers and businesspeople some real insight. Value packed and has been a great stimulator for working with my marketing clients through my company, 2 Market We Go. This company offers practical ideas that move outside the square. This assists businesses to move toward establishing a "point of difference" in a challenging marketplace. Australian An interesting site, an interesting chap. Makes you think, and isn't that the point? Fantastic!! Very interesting stuff, Mr D'Souza Sean's publications and articles should really be required reading for anyone in business before they commit time and money to marketing.
Our perception is our reality, which is why I think Sean is more on the right track than demographics in understanding peoples' choice.
great job Sean, keep it up..... Seans work is a true insight into the way that our world operates. I first picked it up as a marketer, but its just as valuable in my day to day life as it is at work. If you want to see some of the stuff for yourself then have a look at Seans website (http://www.psychotactics) for a full range of free and unbelievable articles and insights. I'm sure you will be as hooked as I am! Sean offers a truly unique way of looking at the customer's psyche. His Psychotactics ezines is one of the few I read form start to finish. Good! Well done keep up the good work - most informative Outstanding An incredibly fresh, out-of the-box approach to marketing. In amazing resonance with the human nature... sadly a factor that is many times forgotten in business. I have found all of the articles by Sean to be a big help in my marketing efforts. When you come from New Zealand and there are only 4 million people you've got to be someone special to make your mark on the world and Sean and his Psycho Tactics is certainly doing that. His Brain-Audit is unique and will positively change the way smart people do business in this century.. Sean and The Brain Audit are probably one of the most fantastic discoveries I made in a long time. Simple marketing, yet provocative. Two thumbs up!! Informative and entertaining. a must read sean has helped my business question enough at the root to change and truly steer it to the truly innovative realm. nothing else worked as much as this Another excellent article Sean! Can I look beyond the marketing laws and understand what could drive my business? Sean has this uncanny knack of putting the 'natural' solution which, once you have heard it, seems so logical, but the truth is arriving at it isn't as easy and logical. It requires special insight and talent. Keep it up Sean. I don't even recall how I originally found Sean's Web site. But I'm glad I did. I run a virtual assistant company and am a solo practitioner. Marketing is not my strong point, and his articles on his Web site helped me think about how to go about marketing. I have been in business for 12 years, but I haven't seen material like this before - definitely a new way of thinking! I have been receiving Sean's ezine for some considerable time and as well visited his site on a regular basis. During that time I have found his information to be top drawer as well as very refreshing and informative. I rate Sean very highly and look forward to receiving further insights from him. We are a marketing comm. company and we tell our clients - our brand of service is "hard work, good seqs" (speed, economy, quality, simplicity). Sean D'Souza and Psychotactics' way of thinking allows us to actualize this - with very good results. How do we know that? We see it in our client's faces when we relay the Psychotactics logic - you know, the look that says - (but of course! Now why didn't we think of that?) Really gets you thinking. Complicated principles taught in Management schools made simple. Great work. great! A super practical approach, extremely insightful and thought provoking. This is a bridge between the seller and the buyer. thats fantastic. For an ex-techie now dependant on selling to survive 'The Brain Audit' is like the golden key to open Aladin's cave! His insights are very useful, and customer focused so they work. Sean DSouza is not a loser. Lots of interesting stuff to learn from - but also lots of self-hype. I never trust bragadocio. Especially not when it comes to claims about knowng the way the mind, let alone the brain works. The world's foremost cognitive scientists and neuroscientists admit that they don't know. So of course Sean doesn't either. That however, does not mean that he does not have some - a lot of! - vital points to learn from. In these high tech days it is important to remember that there is a reason for technology, and that reason is that someone out there needs it, or can be convinced they need it. Technology for technology sake is the death of organisations, once they lose sight of the consumer. PsychoTactics remind people that there is more to success than just technology, and there are some straightforward steps that can be taken to improve what the consumer needs, rather than just pretty designs and flash intro screens. I agree with the way Psychotactics approaches the marketing problem: focusing on the customers and understanding how customers arrive at solutions to their problems, not how great the available products or services are. Fabulous site - does everything right and has been a model for the way I've transformed my own business - so I know his stuff works. His email follow ups are also professional, friendly, timely and informative. Isn't it GREAT when you know you can find a GREAT stuff just a click away? Sean, thanks a lot for a good perspective on a GREAT subject. It helps enormously across many different marketing areas. Pscycotactics always has the ability to make me step outside of problems and look at them from a new perspective, usually a winng view! You don't have to be a marketeer to benefit from Psychotactics. As a web designer I use Sean's advice to display the right message, in the correct manner, on the best part of the page, in the right section of the site - the result - my clients and their marketeers often say I'm in the wrong business and ask, "Where did you learn that from"? Like Jeanette above, this is not stuff I want to share with my peers - can we not make a big issue of this please? Highly recommended reading says it all My mindset improves 100% every time I read more of Sean's enlightening prose. Sean's elucidations are compact, practical and most important help to contribute to the bottom line - PROFIT - in a practial and pragmatic manner The forgoten passage to consumer's brain is just a click away. Superb ! Psychotactics brings the substance others don't. For real. Absolutely great ! Dissatisfied with the results from your sales/marketing message? Take advantage of the Brain Audit. It's a different approach that works. Sean's web-site arrested my mind after the first two seconds. This is my favorite place to visit now. I have not read PsychoTactics yet, but I will do it in the nearest future! This web site is full of useful ideas, fresh thinking and new ways of looking at old stuff or theories that you already had but needed inspiration to put into practice. It's certainly helped me lots of informative knowledge. PsychoTactics is great, I'm just starting out as a jr. copywriter I realize i've got a lot to learn but Sean's got so many useful insites and articles i know i'm starting in the right direction...My boss even notices [he's a subscriber too] I like their approach. I am suscribing to Psychotactics Web site and it's great. They are right on target with many preoccupations we have in advertising. And reading their writings are fun and motivating. Canada Great! Very insightful stuff. I use it everyday at my AC Radio Station. Few have a knack of being brilliant and right on the money so often. The Brain Audit's IQ is through the roof. Innovative ideas expressed from a refreshing viewpoint. I've found the site interesting and even vhanged some of my thinking. So much written about marketing and business approaches completely misses the mark and is constantly regurgitated. Sean's thinking is fresh and instantly usable. Psychotactics is powerful and simple - a real achievement in itself - outstanding work, keep it coming. Sean always gives me a fresh, common sense way to market my products - that actually works. Sean's unique perspective and rational approach serve to bring balance to my marketing efforts. Consequently, effectiveness (which translates to sales conversion) is increased. I subscribe to this newsletter because it's so relevant to the changes I see in advertising at this time. And he who thinks alone... well.... thinks alone. Jeff D. Earthworks Audio Products Sales & Marketing I feel somewhat ashamed, but I'll make a confession: Working with Sean's inspiring tools is fun! PsychoTactics has been an inspiration for me and my work by way of explaining ideas in very simple and easy to understand language The way sean explains complicated jargon is a wonder for me. What's great about Sean DSouza is that he makes sense. His solutions are so simple, but it works! A light went on during reading Sean's material. Many things long considered as being "magic" now made sense. A great new resource for marketing I have just started my subscription to PsychoTactics and feel it is helping me refocus my strategy in communicating with our customers. Just like an inspiration from above... Truly worth the experience - invaluable. If I could give Psychtactics more than a 10, I would. Sean's program is unique and effective. His ideas are fresh, and he's a tremendous communicator. Best of all, he's so sensible and practical that it is easy to understand the material and apply it to real projects. I'm integrating his ideas into my marketing programs now. I really enjoy creativity. Sean does know how to make marketing a creative process based more on analysis than in intuition. I have to say that at first I was dissapointed with Sean when I received an e-mail asking for my open feedback and I wrote him a long feedback. He never answered back. Not even a thank note. Marketing is more than a bulk asking for feedback, is actually attending them, Sean. Regards. www.jcferreyra.com I give it a 10 - PsychoTactics has shown me different ways to think of and work my business. Really valuable and practical. Sean has helped me see how people's mentality really works. Being in the Telcom industry his articles have really changed my outlook on how to be good at marketing and to analize on how people think and react. I read and learn from Psychotactics, and I am one stubborn-bastard. I'd like to see more of their professionalism on the Net. The best. I can't say enought about PsychoTactics. I continually seek to read and learn all I can about marketing strategies, and none have been so insightful as Sean's. His design has been easy to understand and then implement in my business, and the result is always success. Sean's insights are refreshing, simple and to the point. Its 'real world'marketing solutions as opposed to over thinking theory. An enjoyable and thought provoking read. Psychotactics is the next step in marketing. Brain Audit brings back to life, what was once common knowledge. In the world of psuedo-intellects on marketing, it is a refreshing to find a true intellect. Just another example of the always fresh writing style that introduces and reintroduces us to being customer-centric rather. Thanks Sean This is the most up to date and modern venture in the workings of the BUYER. If you want to succeed, GET Sean's material. PERIOD! Sean has a great website and very interesting newsletter! Very Very Good Stuff! Good and practical information to this changing world. The newsletter needs some new format to better organize the information. They get it. Marketing isn't really a creative process, at least not a process of "let's be creative". Cool doesn't work. Let's make money. As a start-up company with no prior marketing experience, psychomarketing.com has promoted me into the business world. I've learned the importance of branding because of Sean... No matter the trend, no matter the hype, no matter the next big thing... Sean is there to remind you why it is. I've bee in advertising/marketing for a long time and I've seen alot of people get lost in the efforts. Sean reminds us all that we're not working with numbers and stats, but actual people with brains and thoughts. Sean helps us discover what triggers those thoughts. Awesome. With too many companies only working on the surface, it's no wonder that PsychoTactics has gone so far...reaching into the mind is where it all begins, after all. This entry does not do justice to simple, obvious yet overlooked information Sean provides at Psychotactics. Read it it makes sense. Want proof? Look at all the locations people have written from. There are basic, world-wide truths to marketing and Sean knows what they are. My business would be not be a successful had I not happened upon psycho tactics and applied the principles I read about. Its essential for a small business. He is convincing!!! great articles with a real conversational tone While I am not running my own business (yet), I get a lot of great stuff for my current job of biz development! and sure appreciate the email updates. Sean's insights have increased my understanding of sales and peoples buying behaviour. I have been on many courses and read many book- he really is the best I have come across. Samuel - Business Development Manager - NZ POST Great thinking and great tips. Thank you for freely sharing your wisdom with the rest of us. A viewpoint with a twist, a burning desire to communicate this, a superior skill in sharing knowledge - that's why Psycho Tactics makes a winner of itself and a winner of us all .... if we follow it up with the same burning desire. There is always something interesting, something you can learn. Congratulations. They are clever and add value to every day life Sean's input has been very helpful in my own quest to launch into Fast Company land. And how can you not respond to the name PsychoTactics? The newsletter is an absolute joy to reach each and every time. Nothing is ordinary or generic. Deserves the Pulitzer for innovation and creative solutions. Very, very usefull tips, tricks and comments, right to the point !! Sean D'Souza really gets it! He doesn't follow the traditional marketing route - he does what works. His sassy, in-your-face tone is exactly what's needed to snap clients out of their preconceived notions about how to grow their business and get results. The truth is out there! But is it difficult to find the truth? Or, its just a human weakness of not wanting to see the truth. Its going to be painful but reality bites hard and that what the Brain Audit is all about if you are indeed going to make a difference from your competitors. It was my director who referred me to Sean and www.psychotactics.com. I have to say that looking through the site and reading the articles made much more sense to me than reading all my other reference books. www.psychotactics.com is all about fun, simplicity, and downright consumer sense. Good is the enemy of the great is so true! The Brain Audit provides simple but effective ways on how one can capture a larger sahre of consumers. Sean is fantastic. His ideas are cutting-edge and helps lead people in the right way by making them think. Through his psychotactics approach people can improve in business and their lives. Sean D'Souza is one of the finest marketing guru who educates many people like me when we open our mail box. When i see the mails i know that i am going to learn some thing new.I wish that this good activity continues for ever. Having tried to market the business using other advertisers ideas, I am now convinced I do not need them because the principles of Physcotactics are simple and clear. The system will provide all that we need. I am one of the luckiest person's in the world. I got to know Sean a little personally, face to face. And that, my friends, is the best way to meet him. This competition is about people whose work promises to have a profound impact on the world, right? Well, Sean's already there. Psychotactics absolutely transforms your marketing (and even the way you approach your life) by showing you how to understand and respond to people?s real psychological needs instead of following the all-too-typical supply-side practice of trumpeting your own glories. I?m delighted he?s being recognized here, because we are soaking up every word and applying every bit of it in our own business. Fast 50, here we come! Every time I read something from Sean I become inspired and fell like I know what I'm talking about - very scary how practical and common sense his stuff is When I read the sales letter to the Brain Audit, I thought it all sounded great. But being a skeptical type and slow to part with my money, I passed. Yet months later I caught myself still thinking about it. Sean's sales message had caused an itch on my brain that would not go away unless I purchased. How did he do it, I thought, I have to know what this guy knows! I bought his Brain Audit. To put it simply, I think he is a genius. If you're wondering what's so special about him, just look at the comments on this page. This is the kind of businessman that doesn't have clients. He has fans! The fame of PsychoTactics reaches as far as Switzerland!! So far, my organization has benefitted immensely from the contributions and top leading articles from Sean. I can say without a doubt that my company is way ahead of competition in the Nigerian market and I'm glad its been success all round ever since i came across Mr DSouza over a year ago. Sean (PsychoTactics) provides FANTASTIC, REFRESHING and GREAT tips. THANK YOU Sean for sharing your insights. Avoiding confusion, and knowing needs to trigger the desired response from customers or website visitors are critical for a succesful campaign. We at UsabilityReviews.com often say that proper channeling of website visitors will increase your conversion rate. Effortless navigation within a solid Information Architecture. Sean D'Souza has a very confronting, forward way of telling you a lot you already know. It may be Advanced Common Sense, but it has to be told: in-your-face, with a twist. People need a mirror: they are often too much set in their ways to make the proper adjustments. Sean D'Souza certainly is a welcome wake up call. I read tons of articles and books on sales & marketing strategies and coaching methods, and Sean's are consistently among my favorites. His articles and e-books are simply extraordinary. Refreshing & compelling, yes, but hardly like the typical lightweight johnny-come-lately. Sean's thinking is based on timeless, oft-overlooked, common sense principles. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan!
