I will be making a lot more video blog posts in the future. However for now you may want to subscribe to a direct feed from YouTube...

Sean--I love this--Thanks so much!

It especially reinforces my evolving understanding that my clients do not need me to "fix" them, or tell them what they should do. Rather, my role is to help them access their own creative, resourceful selves - offering them new ways to be with their current situations - honoring their ability to create their own way forward.

Very true Sean, but there is a catch to this.

Here's an example. I recently done the Kolbe A Index Test. They explicitly say that it's so personalized that only 5% of the people get the same test. I done an easy math and realized that they have only 20 test results.

My next thought was...wtf? even though the test helped me to understand the way I function better, I was a bit disappointed that my result was not unique and that the 5% percentage was not smaller.

I think instead of PERSONALIZATION, UNIQUENESS would be more appropriate.

And one more thing. In the past you did some video blogposts. I really liked them. When will you make more?

Thank you once again for the great content.
