		<description>Sean, this is excellent advice. I play music during my seminars for various reasons, too, but I&#039;m not nearly as methodical about it, but I should be. I love doing seminars and speaking, but just as with the salespeople I train, we all seem to have a human tendency to begin to fly on automatic pilot after a wile. Auto pilot has its advantages, but it shouldn&#039;t be the default mindset in presenting seminars, or doing anything, for that matter.

Your suggestions really hit home with me and I&#039;m going to implement them. Thanks a bunch.
