I liked the articles I read, especially, "Mona Lisa your branding". It was a new way for me to look at my problems. I needed a resource, and I knew you would deliver exactly what I needed.

I've achieved a lot in a very short time

The learning has been instant and pretty full on. We've had just three hour-long, phone sessions, and the new approach has helped us already secure one new meeting with a client and help finalise a proposal with another client. I've sent two additional letters to potential clients who haven't written back... yet.

And I'm writing another one this afternoon. Not bad for a few weeks of work. To give you a little perspective on the results, just one of the new clients will deliver 11% of our total revenues from last year. The meeting with another new client may double our revenues from last year....and the next two and one this afternoon...it just keeps rolling!

What I like most is the fact that it's more than just profits

It's more of an ethos. An overriding bigger than just money concept. And we're getting damned close. This powerful thought process can increase my success six or seven fold.

Obviously, I started with wanting the name and positioning. That was my security blanket. Yet you challenged me on everything. The only frustration is that I need to review everything we’ve done this past year to help our clients. My entire sense of perspective has changed. And yes, frustration is top of mind, but I can see how one dimensional, my business has been without this unique thought process.

The Brain Audit has changed a lot. I'm trying to sort through the information to compartmentalize the new approach. The ebooks are great! They’re brief, yet powerful tutorials that provide a map to help you get to where you’re going.

I also like the steps, I'm still on training wheels, but it gives me a system to craft my correspondence. Although the letters take a little more time to write, they’re invoking some of the most powerful responses to date from our current and potential clients. Sharing our thoughts, ideas and approach with our clients is something that will stick with our clients forever as we continue to build our brand, one letter at a time.

My older way was to let me sell you something
Now it's let me tell you something. That's a major shift. If you were to ask what's the biggest difference of working with you, it's that I now know HOW to go to market. How to successfully go to market.

I laugh and I cry. I'm beginning to laugh more than I cry. And I can see how to leverage my business and have a blast while doing so!
