"With learning, school, or training there
really is no comparison as this has been so much more effective
especially considering my real world time constraints. This is more
like effective coaching around a theme. In that category I would
rate it as perhaps the most effective thing I have done.
I am in the business brokerage and commercial real estate brokerage
business (I sell other peoples businesses and property for a commission
payable at settlement). This is a business where it is very easy
to be very busy doing the wrong thing and not make a living.
Sean’s marketing strategies are designed
to create a steady flow of “manageable” customers.
Manageable customers are very important in my business because
if you spend too much time with unrealistic buyers and unrealistic
sellers you will not collect any commission.
I am using Sean’s concepts to develop
both web and print materials that will bring prospects into the
net earlier.
When I capture their contact information I can stay in touch and
have the benefit of being “known” by the time they are
ready to act. The same process will allow many of my “hot”
prospects to pre-screen themselves. I will be able to conduct more
business via phone referring to my website and documents and creating
the perception (it is the reality in this case) that I know what
I am doing without spending half a day driving to a meeting to find
out if someone really has a salable business or really is interested
in buying. In the same regard it will greatly reduce my time spent
educating buyers and sellers. The best thing is I can sell this
same information as products to people inside and outside the geographic
area where I provide brokerage services.
Not everyone is going to see this reality. Not everyone will be
able to produce the documents themselves if they do. But for someone
like me this is huge.
This increases my personal process efficiency while providing the
possibility of outside income. Not to mention that the better communication
skills will increase my marketing effectiveness.
I came looking to solve my big problem of controlling workflow
and to learn to write and communicate more effectively.
I have learned to communicate much more effectively. The workflow
benefits are on the way. I had advertising and marketing systems
in place already for this spring and summer. As they are completed
I will replace them with the system developed with Sean.
This program is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to take control
of your work process, right from marketing and client acquisition
on through delivery in order to make work and life more manageable,
more profitable, and more fun.

From that moment on I have been putting the pieces in place to
completely restructure my business.
Working with an expert on detailed issues and
concerns in a tutorial environment. This allows a client
to take Sean’s general statement and apply it to the client’s
real world situation and talk about it. For me at least it is a
much higher level of learning and memory retention to be able to
immediately apply information and have the application critiqued.
The program teaches several methodologies
that are easy to apply today that produce almost immediate profitable
results. For instance the concept of the three-prong approach.
Prong One, consulting; Prong Two, affordable products; Prong Three,
group training, seminars, and teaching. Most of us never get beyond
consulting. Consulting is good work if your fee is high enough –
until you need to take a week off and you don’t get paid.
Affordable products allow people to test you for very little money
on their part and none of your time. This is much more effective
than small consulting contracts or endless free education. After
all what is consultative sales but free education? Training groups
again allows price efficiencies to customers while cumulatively
allowing you a much higher hourly take.
This combined with some concepts on how you can use the same information
to create multiple products, web pages, speeches, and the seminars
etc. allows great time efficiency.
Again these are very simple, easy to apply, but powerful concepts.
Organizing the big picture and tying it into
goals, plans, and basic organization around those goals. Using
different techniques to visualize what your big picture is.
I am convinced that Sean is a Genius on how to market as an expert
on the web and through traditional channels. Beyond that he can
simplify and share his concepts so they may be applied by anyone."
