Did you know that “medication” sounds a lot like “meditation”? Well, I didn’t know that, and I’ve been playing around with it in my head, “Medication, meditation. Medication, medication, meditation.”
Should we go away, or should we stay?
When we talk about the three-month vacation, it’s very easy to just think of going away; but as you know, we don’t have to leave the desk to go away. We could just be here. Should we go away, or should we stay?

Most of us would do stuff like that, but imagine the doctor said, ‘You need to slow down. You need to take time off and meditate.
We Have So Many Things To Do Already
