We weren't selling any products. Barely even managing to get any consulting. And selling workshops or training to clients was just a dream.
Then an amazing little book came to our rescue.
Well, technically it wasn't even a book. It was a presentation I'd made about ‘how customers think.'
Then someone at that presentation asked me for the notes
Notes? What notes?
I didn't have any notes, so I had to sit down and write the notes.
I managed to fill in about 16 pages of information. And then added some cartoons, some summaries, and some content pages.
And that was the very first version of the Brain Audit
