And that's to choose a winning marketing strategy in the first place. And no one demonstrates this technique better than Will Smith.     Hi Sean,

    I remember a while ago hearing that a well known American popstar was churning out decent music that no-one wanted to hear, he had a rethink, did some research into what the public wanted to hear and changed to that and subsequently became a household name.
